What kind of services do you offer?
We service and repair all types of machinery, jobsite equipment, Trucks, Buses and on occasion vehicles.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Every project is different, sometimes we are at the mercy of our parts suppliers. We always try our best to get your machine back to you in a timely manner, as we understand that machine is usually your source of income. Did you know, we can supply a hire machine while yours is getting repaired!
How much will my service/repair/recert cost?
Every project is different, and as you can understand, unless we have inspected the machine prior to quoting we are only able to give you a ballpark figure. In 95% of the cases though there is no variance in our original quoted price.
Are you insured and licensed?
Alll of our staffed are trained and qualified mechanics, auto electricians and/or diesel fitters. All of our subcontractors (weld inspectors and engineers) and qualified in their respective fields. Our business has full business insurance coverage including but not limited to public liability with QBE.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer 12 months warranty on all work performed and all NEW or REBUILT parts fitted or supplied.
How do I pay for services?
We accept credit cards, cash and bank transfer.
